1. The Promotion: What and how does it work?

1.1 What is this Promotion all about?

Lucozade Zero are giving you the chance to win one of thousands of prizes between 00:01 1st July and 23:59 31st October 2022. In England, Wales and Scotland, this is with every purchase of a promotional pack of Lucozade Zero from participating UK Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Co-op and Sainsbury's stores. In Northern Ireland, you can win by entering your personal details at www.lucozadezerolosers.co.uk but you must reside and be domiciled in Northern Ireland at the time of entry into the promotion in order to win a prize or the prize will be forfeited due to breach of the terms and conditions of entry into the promotion. All Northern Ireland entrants have the same opportunity of winning as the purchase necessary route.

1.2 How long is the Promotion running for?

The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 1st July 2022 and closes at 23:59 on 31st October 2022. 12. Anyone entering the competition will be notified immediately on screen of which instant win prize they have won.

1.3 How do I enter this Promotion?

To enter the Promotion in England, Scotland and Wales, you must purchase a promotional pack of Lucozade Zero from a participating Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Co-op or Sainsbury's store and scan the QR code on pack or visit www.lucozadezerolosers.co.uk. You will be asked to enter your full name, email address, mobile number and last 4 digits of the barcode on your promotional pack. Images must be uploaded in either .png, .jpg or .pdf format and a maximum of 5mb. If you reside in Northern Ireland, there is a no purchase necessary entry route so you will not need to enter a promotional code on the site. If you win an instant win prize and your place of domicile at the time of entering the promotion is not in Northern Ireland, your prize will be forfeited due to breach of the terms and conditions of entry. All Northern Ireland entrants have the same opportunity of winning as the purchase necessary route. Anyone entering the competition will be notified immediately on screen of which instant win prize they have won.

1.4 Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the Promotion?

An internet connection, valid mobile phone number and valid email address are required to enter the Promotion and to claim your prize. Valid UK bank account, smartphone and original till receipt or promotional pack featuring barcode required in order to claim Prize.

1.5 Which products are included in the Promotion?

1.6 I don’t have any of the participating stores near where I live, can I still enter the Promotion?

We are running this Promotion as an exclusive to Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Co-op and Sainsbury's shoppers. Promotional bottles are available to order from the retailer‘s individual websites subject to availability. Terms apply, see website for details.

1.7 How often can I enter and how many times could I win an instant win prize?

Maximum of one entry per person per day with a maximum of eight (8) entries in total throughout the Main Promotional Period. In the event that multiple prizes have been won by a single person, email address, mobile number or bank account throughout the duration of the promotion, these prize(s) may be placed on-hold or rejected by the Promoter. Anyone found trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.

1.8 Do I have to purchase a Lucozade product to enter?

1.9 How old do I have to be to enter?

You must be eighteen (18) years or over to enter this Promotion.

1.10 How are winners notified?

Anyone entering the competition will be notified immediately on screen of which instant win prize they have won.

1.11 What details will I need to enter?

To submit your entry, you will need to enter your full name, email address, mobile number and last 4 digits of the barcode on your promotional pack. Images must be uploaded in either .png, .jpg or .pdf format and a maximum of 5mb. If you are in Northern Ireland, you will not have to enter a barcode but if you win, you must be domiciled in Northern Ireland at the time of entry into the promotion in Northern Ireland, or your prize will be forfeited due to breach of the terms and conditions of entry into the promotion.

1.12 I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

Only residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland can enter the Promotion.

2. Prizes

2.1 What Prizes are available to win?

There are three (3) types of prizes to be won throughout the promotional period and these will be automatically allocated to each winner instantly.

2.2 Can I choose my prize?

No, if you have won, you will automatically be allocated a prize at random. You can enter a maximum of one entry, per person, per day with a maximum of eight (8) entries in total throughout the Main Promotional Period. Lucozade cannot guarantee which prize will be allocated.

2.3 How long do I have to claim my prize?

If winners are not able, for any reason, to accept a prize within 7 days of notification, their prize will be forfeited.

2.4 How will I receive my prize?
  • Cash prizes will be awarded to winners via bank transfer and the winner must have a valid UK bank account.
  • Winners of a free product coupon will receive an on screen message informing them that they will receive a text message to the mobile number provided upon entry containing a link to a digital coupon. Upon clicking the link, winners will be redirected to the online coupon redemption page where they will be able to view details on how to redeem their digital coupon. The digital coupon is subject to its own terms and conditions of use which can be viewed here. Each digital coupon will be for a free bottle of 500ml Lucozade Zero (up to a maximum value of £2.00) available to be redeemed at Tesco, Morrisons, Asda or Co-op within 14 days from date of issue. For the avoidance of doubt, the digital coupon is not valid to be redeemed in Sainsbury’s.
  • Winners of a digital frame will receive an on screen message containing an image of their digital frame with their first name taken from their entry form. Winners will then be able to take a selfie and download and save their image.
2.5 I've received my prize but there's a problem with it, who should I contact?

2.6 I've won an instant win prize but haven’t received it. What should I do?

3. Issues/Problems

3.1 The microsite doesn't recognise my code, or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

Firstly, make sure you've entered your code exactly as it appears on the pack. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the customer service team by email at info@lucozadezerolosers.co.uk with details of your query.

3.2 I'm having trouble entering my details, what should I do?

Please make sure you are following all the on-screen directions carefully, and that you are entering all fields marked with an asterisk (*). Any mistakes or errors you make will be prompted online. If you're still having problems, please contact the customer service team by email at info@lucozadezerolosers.co.uk with details of your query.

3.3 My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the Promotion, how will I know if I've entered successfully?

A valid entry has been made if you enter your barcode on the microsite home page and a confirmation message is displayed on screen with a confirmation of your prize.

If you have won one of the cash prizes you will receive an on screen message containing a link to a claim form where they will be asked to fill in their bank details comprising full name (as shown on the bank account statement and which must also match the name used upon entry), account number and sort code of a valid UK bank account and county. Under new banking operational processes, the exact account name on the bank account needs to be supplied, otherwise a bank transfer may not be successful. Winners will also be required to upload an image of their original till receipt clearly showing purchase of promotional pack during the promotional period or an image of their promotional pack showing the last 4 digits of barcode. Once this form has been submitted, winners will be notified that their claim will be validated within 7 days. If their claim is valid, their prize will be delivered via bank transfer within 28 days of claim. If their claim is invalid, they will receive an email notifying them of the reason why and, if applicable, giving them the opportunity to rectify their claim. If a winner does not complete their claim form within 3 days, they will receive a reminder email with a link to the claim form giving them a further 4 days to claim their prize. If they do not claim their prize within the 4 days of receiving the reminder email, the prize will be forfeited. In addition to the above, winners of the top cash prize of £5,000 will also receive a phone call to the mobile number provided upon entry to verify their win and confirm their bank details.

3.4 The website isn't loading / working properly. What should I do?

4. The Promotional Website

4.1 Are my details secure on this website?

Yes. This website uses an SSL certificate to provide 2048-bit encryption to all of our Promotion participants. This encrypts the data that you send and receive from the site during the registration and login processes. It encrypts your personal information so that it is impossible to read when it travels across the internet.

4.2 What will you do with the details I provide when entering?

The details we ask you for are for communication purposes around this Promotion only. We will use them to deliver your prize, and to communicate the status of prize fulfilment with you. If you would like more information on how your details are used, please see our Privacy Policy accessible through the links at the bottom of this page. If you tick the box to receive communications from Lucozade Ribena Suntory Limited brands, we will update you on relevant news from Lucozade and our partner brands.

4.3 What is the minimum browser requirement for this website?
